See exactly how your traits show up in real life and how to use them


  1. Debrief your Winslow Assessment with your Mighty Mentor
  2. Identify your strengths, blind spots and risk zones
  3. Lock in your focused 30 Day Sprint with 2-3 non negotiable behaviours

Flexibility Within Constraints Protocol

Stop fighting your nature. Build systems that work with it.


  1. Theme your personal challenge to give it meaning and salience over the 30 day challenge (eg Flexibility Containment Protocol or Impulsivity Mastery February)
  2. Commit to 2-3 written behaviours you can actually sustain using superpower trait clusters to offset risk areas
  3. Work around low or concern scores, set your next mentor check in and move forward with clarity & purpose

DAY 2 - Mighty Mentors 30 Day Challenge

 Practice the 2-3 non-negotiable behaviours 


  1. Choose a meeting with stakes (eg Difficult conversation; Toolbox talks, Weekly 1:1 or Team Meets) 
  2.  Pre-commit to 2-3 specific observable behaviours (eg Pause for 5 seconds; Ask 1 clarifying question; State position once then invite other’s perspective; Keep responses under 35 seconds; Respond with any criticisms 24 hours later rather than in the moment)
  3. Capture reflection and feedback immediately after (What went to plan and where did I default to habit, What was the observable impact on the other person, One adjustment I will test next time in a similar situation?)

  2. Impact Vs Intent. Observable signs of change in tone, engagement, decision quality, or follow through from others.
  3. Refinement for next 7 Day Cycle. Decide what to keep, what to modify and what to drop for the next seven days. Make a clear commitment to the next version of the 2-3 non-negotiables.
